Social Publish Autopilot is a downloadable digital product — a configuration "skill" together with scripts and documentation — that helps you set up automated social-media publishing using your own third-party accounts, software and hardware. It is delivered as a digital download after purchase. We may update, improve or change the Product over time.
To use the Product you must independently obtain and maintain, at your own cost: (a) your own Content360 or OnlySocial account; (b) your own always-on NAS or server capable of running Docker; (c) your own social-media accounts; and (d) the Claude / Claude Code assistant. These are third-party services and products that we do not provide, control, or endorse. You are solely responsible for your accounts, your content, your hardware, your configuration, and all fees charged by those third parties.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Product complies with the terms of service, community guidelines, and automation/API rules of every platform and service you connect — including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, and Content360 / OnlySocial — and with all applicable laws. Automated or scheduled posting may be restricted or prohibited by some platforms and can result in rate-limiting, content removal, or account suspension. We are not responsible for any action taken against your accounts, your content, or your data. You use the Product entirely at your own risk.
On purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to use the Product for your own personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, share, or otherwise make the Product files available to any third party, except by referring buyers through our official affiliate program. All intellectual-property rights in the Product remain ours.
If you take part in our affiliate program, you agree to promote the Product honestly and lawfully — no spam, no misleading or false claims, no trademark misuse, and no unlawful marketing. Commissions are paid according to our then-current terms and only on valid, tracked, completed sales. We may withhold or reverse commissions for referrals that are fraudulent, refunded, charged back, or in breach of these Terms, and we may change or discontinue the affiliate program at any time.
Because the Product is a digital download made available to you immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download has been accessed, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you hit a genuine technical problem, contact us and we will try to help.
We do not guarantee any specific results, income, reach, engagement, uptime, or that the Product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future changes to third-party services. Third-party platforms and services may change, limit, or discontinue their features at any time, which may affect or break the Product, and we are not responsible for that.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Product and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will My Zen Zone or its owner be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, goodwill, revenue, or profits, arising out of or relating to the Product or website, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims will not exceed the amount you actually paid for the Product.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless My Zen Zone and its owner from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Product, your content, or your violation of these Terms, applicable law, third-party rights, or any platform's rules.
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, Pinterest, Meta, Content360, OnlySocial, Claude, and Anthropic are trademarks of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to any of them. All product and company names are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their personal jurisdiction and venue.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the website or Product after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
